We generally use Allen Bradley or Siemens hardware but are comfortable interfacing with and using all of the big players in the controls market. We approach the design of the system controls in a modular fashion to reduce complexity and facilitate trouble shooting.

Special cases often have to be accommodated when integrating many different vendors and machines but complexity can be reduced and performance increase by applying a universal scheme to controlling the entire system. This has the added benefit of increasing the ease of data collection for your plants MES or reporting systems.
